AfroSynergy's verified partner network — logistics providers, inspection companies, banks, insurers, legal firms, and customs agents — is core to our value proposition. We need a Head of Partnerships to grow and manage this network across Africa. What you'll do: - Recruit and onboard verified service partners across 7 categories (logistics, inspection, banking, insurance, legal, accounting, customs) - Negotiate partnership terms, SLAs, and commission structures - Build partner scoring and quality frameworks - Manage partner relationships and ensure service quality - Develop the partner referral program and facilitator network - Create co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners - Report on partner performance metrics and network coverage gaps
- 6+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development - Experience managing multi-category partner networks - Understanding of African trade infrastructure (logistics, banking, inspection) - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills - Experience with partner programs, referral systems, or affiliate networks - Ability to work across cultures and time zones - Willingness to travel across Africa - Bonus: existing relationships with African logistics, banking, or inspection firms
